I discovered my passion for cooking as a child, when my love for eating met my curiosity for experimenting.
I was fascinated by the precision of movements, the calm of a low flame, the magic of simple ingredients becoming something greater. The power of sharing and the joy that grows around a table, between the aroma of sauce and a family laugh.
Since then, I’ve never stopped trying to express that energy in every dish.
From curious kid to chef
I attended culinary school and started working early in the kitchen, through long days and boiling pots.
Every experience, from traditional kitchens to great names like Marchesi 1824, taught me that technique only matters if you can make it play to the right rhythm.
At some point, I realized my strength was sharing.
I knew cooking could go beyond restaurants and reach everywhere: on social media, in homes, in people’s everyday moments.
That’s how my first videos were born, made with little, but full of passion and no expectations.
Just a moment of fun, with total naturalness, trying to transmit what cooking gives to me.
From the stove to social media
The project grew more than I ever imagined.
Today, my cooking lives on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
I’ve collaborated with GialloZafferano and brands that share my idea of authenticity: modern, accessible cooking, without excess.
In 2025, my latest book If Food Makes You Dance was released — a journey through flavor and freedom.
Because it doesn’t matter if you avoid gluten or lactose, if you’re a beginner or an expert: cooking should make you feel good, move you, make you dance.
A lighthearted moment, meant to share feelings in their purest and most sincere form.
